Ashtanga, Primary Series is a led practice as originated in Mysore, India. This rigorous class builds mental and physical strength and flexibility through a challenging series of postures separated by vinyasas sequences. In this class, we will build physical flexibility and strength in the legs, core, back, and arms, while expanding our mind-body connection through challenging our willpower, attention, and mental focus.OPEN TO ALL, no experience necessary.

You don’t have to have the flexibility and grace of a dancer to fall in love with or benefit from yoga.
All levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. Learn the basics here. The first steps of breathing, postures, and meditation are taught in a clear and constructive manner in our safe and peaceful environment.

Community Yoga-$5
This class will have people that are brand new to yoga, people that have been practicing for many years, and even yoga teachers. Our teachers allow for permission to go at your own pace as well as offering modifications to intensify or soften the practice based on your level of experience as well as your current level of energy. This practice of breath techniques, postures and meditation realigns the physical body in a way that creates strength, openness and suppleness. No experience is necessary for you to attend our Community Yoga class. **Open To All Levels of students**
gentle strech
This gentle relaxing yoga class is appropriate for all yogis who are looking for a way to reduce stress, relax, stretch, lengthen and feel alive in their own bodies. Using breath work, props, slow deliberate movements and longer holdings of softer poses you will allow your body to receive the benefits of gentle opening. Internal awareness and attention will be emphasized to restore balance with body and mind. The class offers unique way to experience being in your body and welcome yourself home to find the peace and compassion within. OPEN TO ALL, no experience necessary.
Meditation (Free)
In this ½ hour free class, various teachers will lead a seated meditation. This will be preceded by brief and gentle warm-ups and breath work to prepare the body for sitting. Suitable for everyone (feel free to sign in advance or show up a few minutes early to ease the check-in process)
mom & baby
Beyond the birthBreathe, stretch, and strengthen your body and spirit all while enjoying, stimulating, and bonding with your baby. This class will address the needs of the new mom as well as provide creative ways to invite your baby to join your practice. We will use gentle stretches, stimulation, and massage to engage baby while you increase strength, flexibility, and an overall sense of well being. You will leave this class feeling restored and energized.
This class is recommended for moms who have had their postpartum check up until their babies are actively crawling.
Please bring a receiving blanket with you.

power
Enter a deeper layer of practice and awareness in this class that expands upon the moderate practice.Poses that initially seemed simple reveal themselves as complex.
In this class we might flow through the possibilities of many postures or feel the need to slow down and explore long focused holdings, feeling the body from the inside out.
This is a strong yoga class and sometimes heated. We will always cultivate core strength and sometimes explore inversions and arm balances.
This class is open to all levels but newer students must be open to the heated classroom and going at their own pace. *** room heated to 90 degrees *** - however on extremely hot days the heat is not on, windows are open.

An hour of hot power yoga to strengthen and energize the body, followed by a half hour of a more gentle, restorative yoga, this class is great for those wishing to delve into a power practice as well as power yogis, looking for a class that will both challenge and heal the body. Whether you've done power yoga for years or have always wanted to try, this is the class for you! Poses and flow will heat and open the body, allowing you to melt into deeper relaxation and meditation at the end of class.**The class is heated to 85 degrees for the first hour and then cooled down for maximum relaxation!

Connect with your core as we move and breathe through a number of standing sequences.This class is designed for all levels and encourages students to find ways to move in a safe an intuitive way as we transition from posture to posture. prenatal
Prenatal yoga is appropriate at any stage of pregnancy, including the beginning.It is different than the regular yoga as the focus is on the mother connecting with her pregnancy and growing baby and her needs at this time in her life.
Learn about guarding your energy as you will find that you may feel exhausted the prenatal yoga is perfect because it is gentle yet it leaves you feeling more energized.
It is also a place to connect with other pregnant women and to learn how to modify the poses so that you can feel comfortable in the regular yoga classes.It is also a great way to prepare for labor and to help you with the aches and pains and emotional mood swings of pregnancy.

yin yoga
A quiet practice designed to help you start your day centered, relaxed, and fully connected in your body. It is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize on energizing and activating the body. At the end of each class, there will be an extended meditation to integrate the practice.Yin Yoga has been called “A quiet practice” through longer holdings of postures designed to target the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that are not normally exercised very much in more active asana practice.
By holding these postures for extended periods of time (anywhere from one to five minutes), the deep connective tissues that form our joints begin to stretch and rehabilitate, creating increased flexibility, reducing risk of injury to the joints, and promoting relaxation.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, and feel-it-to-the-core fitness party!!!Zumba is a cardio-based workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom.Each class will include at least 6 different rhythms such as Merengue, Reggaeton, Belly-dancing, Bollywood, Salsa, etc. It is dynamic and never boring! Get ready for a solid hour of high energy and fun Zumba workout that is sure to leave you sweating and feeling fine!
