Yoga with Weights

Yoga with Weights:

Take your yoga practice to the next level with this Yoga with Weights Series Class. By adding 3 or 5 lb. weights to specific sections and poses during the class, you will be able to sink deeper into each pose, finding a new depth and awareness.

This class is perfect for students who are looking for a new challenge in their yoga class and for those who would like to add more muscle tone to their bodies. This is a heart pumping, fat burning class that will burn LOTS of calories!

Adding weights to your yoga practice will make your body stronger and leaner. It will tap into your abs like never before. After this amazing yoga practice, you will exude beauty and health from the inside. Combining sweat, strength and flexibility training, this class is truly a complete workout for your body, mind and soul.

7:30pm-8:45pm

$85 (Walk-ins are welcome at $16 per class.) Note-This is a series class and therefore no class cards can be used. Pre-register by March 1st and receive $5 off the series.
