Judi Kochman "Jude"
Samadhi Yoga Teacher
Yoga is the place I go to slow down and find peace, a place to find strength in calm and calmness in strength. As life becomes more hectic and chaotic, over scheduled and isolated, the need to come back inside, to relax, to breathe, to feel, to share energy with others grows exponentially. Yoga provides the space in which to do just that.
In my classes, I present a practice that allows for physical exertion with room to delve inward, to slow down, to breathe. Yoga is a practice, ongoing and without limits. It is within the boundless realm of yoga that I see a place for never-ending growth.
I have been teaching yoga for 1 year, having completed my 200-hour certification from Samadhi Yoga Studio in 2007 under the tutelage of Anne and Mathew Falkowski. I continue to take classes and seminars, work with my personal practice and expand my yoga knowledge. I teach from a place of compassion, positive energy and a little bit of humor.
