Join this Beginners Series to learn yoga in a supportive non-judging environment; or come to simply practice (or relearn) your yoga at an enjoyable Beginners level. You will be guided through the basic yoga breathing, stretching and postures to find a comfort level with your personal yoga practice and release
stress all at the same time.
