This is the class for everyone. Each class consists of warm-ups, asana (posture) practice

and a relaxation period at the end. All of our All Levels teachers guide from a place of
wisdom and compassion. A regular All Levels Yoga practice provides amazing physical results,
specifically a stronger, leaner and more flexible body. However, the most significant changes
occur within your mind and spirit. Yoga creates space for new thoughts, new feelings and
opportunities. Yoga is the process of becoming freer in the present moment and awakening
to your fullest life potential.

Who are All Level’s Yoga Classes for? These classes are appropriate for beginners who are willing to go at their
own pace and they are appropriate for the more advanced student who is seeking guidance and
wisdom in their personal practice. Do not be intimidated. All Levels Yoga classes are for
the flexible as well as the inflexible. They are for anyone who desires transformation in
their body and well-being over time. Our yoga teachers are certified, well-trained and look forward to
working with a classroom filled with different levels and capacities.
